We took the pups for a walk around the block this evening. It’s been a while since we’ve been able to take them out together. Normally, they’re just too competitive, so it’s not enjoyable. Tonight we purposefully took them a direction where there aren’t other dogs outside and we were able to make it (almost) home without trouble.

I’m thankful for a change in routine. I’m grateful the pups were more excited to be out of the house than competing with each other. And I’m happy for the exercise, as brief as it was.
